ParVar LLC
Effective Date: September 9, 2026

1. Introduction
ParVar LLC ("ParVar," "we," "us," or "our") operates a cloud-based bar inventory management platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Service. By accessing or using ParVar, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide: Name, email address, password, and business name when you register. Inventory records, product names, pricing, par levels, scan sessions, sales data, and any other information you enter into the platform. Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers. Any messages or support requests you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction logs. Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
2.3 Information from Third Parties: We may receive information from integrated third-party services such as point-of-sale systems that you connect to ParVar.
2.4 Photographs. When you use ParVar's camera features to count cases or scan a delivery invoice, the image is transmitted for processing and is not retained. ParVar does not store photographs you capture, does not save them to your device's photo library, and does not use them to train machine learning models.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process transactions and send related information; authenticate users and maintain account security; analyze usage patterns to improve the Service; respond to customer support requests; send service-related communications including updates, security alerts, and account notifications; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances: with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or in any other circumstances with your explicit consent.
4.1 Shared Calibration Data. To improve measurement accuracy across the Service, ParVar maintains a shared library of bottle calibration measurements — the weight of a full bottle and its derived empty weight, associated with a product name and size. When you calibrate a bottle, that measurement may be added to this library and used to provide accurate measurements for other ParVar customers using the same product. This library contains only physical measurements of commercially available products. It does not include your inventory counts, pricing, sales data, business name, or any information identifying your venue.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@getparvar.com.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; receive your data in a machine-readable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@getparvar.com.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Service.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
10. International Users
ParVar is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the Last Updated date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
